Drive In Cinemas
- Once purchased, tickets can be transferred or exchanged, Blue Sky Cinema offers a no-questions- asked policy for ‘Film Swaps’, meaning that we can transfer your tickets across to any available movie title and/or venue.
- If you are unable to attend your chosen movie;
- Standard tickets purchased without cancellation insurance are able to swap their tickets to another movie. If there are no movies that are suitable, you will be issued with a credit note to redeem at a later date.
- Standard tickets purchased with cancellation insurance are allowed to swap their tickets to another movie, or they have the choice to get a refund of their tickets.
- The event will be fully compliant with social distancing regulations. Guests will be inside their own vehicles at all times. Any interaction with our staff for ticket checking and food and drink ordering will be either contactless or following social distancing measures. We reserve the right to eject any guests who do not comply with the social distancing regulations.
- Please abide by all steward and customer service staff instruction on site.
- Large cars may be asked to park towards the back of the venue space to allow a good view for all customers.
- Each car space ticket allows entry for one car with as many occupants as the car legally holds.
- Guests are advised to check their purchase upon receipt.
- When purchasing eTickets, all customers on one order should arrive together. If purchasing for a large group who may arrive at different times you should purchase tickets seperately.
- Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the venue for a variety of reasons or cancelled due to changes in the Government’s Guidance. As soon as we are notified of any amendments we will contact all guests by email or text, or by phone if it is urgent. If the movie has been cancelled, you will be entitled to a transfer to any other movie at any venue, subject to availability. Or you will be offered a full refund including booking fees. If a movie is rescheduled, you are given the option of retaining your tickets for the new date or transfer to any other movie/venue of your choosing, subject to availability. Please note, it is the guest’s responsibility to check whether the event is going ahead at the scheduled date, time and venue.
- The event will always go ahead in the event of bad weather. Please check the weather forecast in advance and be prepared. Movies will only be cancelled if the weather conditions present a danger at the scheduled movie time. Guests accept the risk that weather they consider unsatisfactory may occur on a movie might, and acknowledge that tickets will not be exchanged or credited unless a movie is cancelled by Blue Sky Cinema. In the unlikely event that a movie is cancelled, we will aim to give as much notice as possible, so please keep an eye out for information on the website and social media.
- Please note, in the event of a movie being cancelled or postponed, Blue Sky Cinema cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred by the guest for travel, accommodation or any other related service.
- It is the responsibility of the guest to inform Blue Sky Cinema of any change of address, contact phone number or email address, both before and after receipt of any purchases. Please note that our preferred method of contact for customers booking online is by email, so care should be taken to provide a current, valid email address.
- The right to admission to an event is reserved by Blue Sky Cinema and the event venue, who may take health and safety, environmental and security concerns into account at their reasonable discretion, and may from time to time carry out security searches. Blue Sky Cinema would advise customers that no refunds will be offered to guests who are refused entry or ejected from a venue on account of being (or appearing to be) under age as specified by the event organiser, declining to be searched, abusive, threatening, drunken or other antisocial behaviour (including smoking in no smoking areas), carrying offensive weapons or illegal substances, or making unauthorised audio, video or photographic recordings.
- Events and ticket types where an age restriction applies are clearly indicated during the booking process. Please ensure that you read all the information that applies to the event/ticket you are booking, and carry proof of age if appropriate.
- By ordering you agree that the tickets are for the personal use of you and your party only, and will not be resold or transferred. Any resale or attempt to resell the tickets at a price higher than purchased will result in your orders being cancelled without prior notification.
- In order to prevent fraud and to protect both parties, you may be asked to provide additional information after your booking so that we can verify your purchase.
- We reserve the right to cancel any order that with further investigation we deem to be possibly of a fraudulent nature. These checks may include; a request to be provided with an original credit or debit card statement, attempts to contact a customer by telephone, reference to records to check for other fraudulent activity at an address.
- We will not share your personal information for marketing or any other purposes without your consent unless where required by law.
- If you have registered your interest with blueskyoutdoor.co.uk and thereby given your consent, you may be contacted with relevant promotions, offers or information that you have expressed an interest in or that might be of interest to you.
- We will always respect your privacy and any personal communication between you and ourselves. We will always comply with any data protection legislation currently in force.

- Tickets may be restricted to a maximum number per person, per credit card and for some events per household. We reserve the right to cancel tickets without prior notice purchased in excess of this number.
- If you are experiencing any kind of COVID-19 symptoms please do not attend the event, to ensure the safety of all our staff and customers.
- When purchasing eTickets, all customers on one order should arrive together. If purchasing for a large group who may arrive at different times you should purchase tickets seperately.
- This ticket cannot be resold for commercial gain.
- Guests will not be allowed admission to the movie without a valid ticket.
- For the safety of visitors to the movie, Blue Sky Cinema reserves the right to refuse admission, and may, on some occasions conduct security searches.
- Please check all your tickets on purchase, as mistakes cannot always be rectified.
- Blue Sky Cinema reserves the right to alter or vary the content or timing of the whole or any part of the event due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control without being obliged to refund or exchange tickets.
- Blue Sky Cinema cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage to personal property brought to the event.
- Guests may be filmed or recorded for broadcast or security purposes during the event.
